Professional Standards & Service Agreement

1. Service Provision

D&S Clearances provides professional waste removal and property clearance services. By booking our services, you agree to provide accurate information regarding the volume and nature of the waste to be removed.

2. Quotations & Pricing

All quotes are based on the information and/or photos provided by the client. We reserve the right to amend the final price if the actual volume or weight of items differs significantly from the initial description or if hazardous materials are found that were not previously disclosed.

3. Prohibited Materials

We cannot remove certain hazardous materials unless specifically agreed upon in writing. These include:

Asbestos
Raw chemicals, oils, or paints
Medical waste or gas canisters

4. Access & Safety

The client must ensure safe access to the property. D&S Clearances reserves the right to refuse a job if the site conditions are deemed unsafe for our staff or if access is obstructed.

5. Cancellation Policy

We request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within shorter timeframes may be subject to a call-out fee.
